Registration includes admission only to the CNPA 2017 Press Summit general sessions. Meals must be purchased for each attendee separately. All events take place at the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel, 1700 Ocean Ave., Santa Monica, CA 90401.

All meal packages are sold to individual attendees. Please indicate meal choices and dietary requirements for the Dinner and BNC events for each person on the registration form.
Registration Policies and Procedures
Registration is limited to CNPA Members only. The first person from each newspaper must register at the publisher rate; the second person from the same newspaper is offered a discount; and all other people from the same member newspaper are offered free registration. Additional discounts are offered to attendees who register by April 17, 2017.
Meal packages are required for all attendees who wish to attend the meal functions at the Summit. Please be sure to include meal preferences for the Friday night dinner and BNC Awards Banquet. Attendees who fail to indicate meal choices before May 5th will be served chef’s choice at the event. CNPA and Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel will endeavor to provide meals that meet all dietary requirements, as long as requests are received in advance, or no later than May 5, 2017. Registration Cancellation, Substitutions and Refunds
The cancellation deadline for the 2017 Press Summit is Monday, April 17, 2017.
Full refunds will be offered to all attendees who provide a cancellation request in writing by 4/17/17. A 50% fee will be applied to refund requests received between April 17 and May 5, 2017. There will be no refunds after May 5, 2017.
Substitutions are allowed for all attendee registrations in writing by May 5, 2017. After May 5th, please ask the new attendee to visit the registration desk and check-in under the original attendee’s name. We will print a new badge for the substitute attendee at the registration counter on-site.
